Going to a con and getting new shoes for your cosplay? Break them in, ESPECIALLY if they are heels. This means wearing them around your house at least a few hours for about a week until they fit to your feet and you are comfortable walking in them. Not only are you getting the shoes used to you, but you’re getting used to the shoes. If you don’t there is a much higher chance of blisters and achey feet that day of the con.
