1. “psychotic” is not an ableist slur. it’s a literal description of a set of experiences and taking away our words for our experiences is weird and shitty so don’t do it
   
2. calling people “psychotic” as an insult doesn’t hurt “mentally ill people”, it hurts psychotic people. nonpsychotic people are really frank about who they hate and you don’t need to tiptoe around it
