I was more getting at how weird it is that Microsoft, this rather conservative and humorless american company, is trying so hard to appeal to weaboos and anime enthusiasts with an Internet Explorer themed anime character and even a special version of the IE browser and how out of character that is for microsoft, not so much “lol japan is weird”
